The Garbage Tracking System is a sophisticated web application developed using Next.js, designed to revolutionize waste management processes. A standout feature of GTS is its integration of Internet of Things (IoT) technology, which allows for real-time monitoring and management of waste collection processes, offering smart and efficient waste management solutions. This application seamlessly integrates several modern libraries and tools to deliver a dynamic and interactive user experience. Key features include authentication with Firebase, which ensures secure and reliable user authentication and data protection; form handling with React Hook Form, simplifying form management, validation, and submission to enhance user interaction and data accuracy; and state management with Zustand, providing efficient and scalable state management for smooth and responsive user interfaces. Additionally, GTS boasts a beautiful and highly customizable user interface designed with Shadcn , Radix UI and Tailwind CSS, ensuring both functionality and aesthetics. GTS exemplifies modern web development practices, combining powerful tools and technologies to address the challenges of waste management effectively. This project highlights my ability to build complex, user-friendly applications that leverage cutting-edge technologies to deliver real-world solutions.

This project involves building a robust backend infrastructure to manage user authentication, product inventory, order processing, and payment gateways. Integration with a GPS system for accurate delivery tracking, implementing secure encryption protocols to safeguard user data, and ensuring scalability to handle varying demand are essential components. A responsive front-end interface should be designed for seamless user experience, featuring intuitive navigation, order history, and real-time status updates. API integrations with suppliers for inventory management and automated notifications for order confirmations and delivery updates are also vital functionalities to consider during development.
